This is the game of the well known movie The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift, that was created by Eutechnyx and movie produced by Universal Studios. It's not bad. There is no opening/intro, which disappointed me a little bit. Compared to the NTSC version, the PS2 PAL version doesn't have a Honda dealership and also do not contain cars from Honda like the NSX which is on the first race on this game. There are also 32 instead of 40 roll-up racers. There are almost 100 cars in this game. So here is the first race and the car-shop.
