Using Equity to Finance Property Investment can supercharge the speed at which you build your portfolio because you don't have to spend a number of years between each property, you can just draw down the equity in one property to buy another.
This strategy starts off quite slowly but, like a snowball, gets faster and grows exponentially, refinancing 1 property might not yield you a large amount of capital, but refinancing 10 properties at once would give you significant cash to move onto additional projects.
