Here is set R33MainLine 9069-68-9010-11-R33World'sFair 9308-07-R36World'sFair 9586-87-R33MainLine 9016-17 also known as the Train of Many Colors leaving 42nd Street-Times Square on the 1 line heading towards Chambers Street. Yesterday was the last Sunday that train ran in passenger service on the 1 line, making express stops between 137th Street-City College and Chambers Street from 10:00am to 5:30pm every Sunday from November 27th to December 18th. The Train of Many Colors consists of ten Redbird subway cars (R26, R28, R29, R33MainLine, R33World'sFair, R36MainLine, and R36World'sFair are those cars) painted in different color schemes, representing the decades in which they first entered service. I had a blast during the four Sundays I photographed, rode, and saw this train and I can't wait for the next one! Hope you enjoy and stay tuned for more videos!
