The biggest times saves of this route are burning steps in the World of Continent more efficiently than the older route to skip more encounters, skipping a Book of Stone entirely in the World of Sky, and avoiding more Su-Zaku encounters in the World of Ruins by burning steps in the subways, and a better meat route that allows quick battles through the 3rd Ascent and the Skyscraper.
In total, there's 12 less encounters and 114 less actions executed in battle compared to my old route.

There's about 31 seconds lost waiting on a guard in Castle Sword, so an easy 56:xx is there. There's a lot of little mistakes and I play cautiously at points, so there's little bits of time everywhere to pick up. It should be interesting to see what the floor of this route is.
