Ok for real, ancient city, your friend got made into a frigging gold statue, lots of gold statues around actually, and there's a weird portal, possibly a time portal? On top of that there's a big mystery of what is this city and why does everyone there have to follow this one rule that nobody is too certain what that rule is. Of course what happened to your friend, but also what the heck is any of this and how do you get out, cause it's a 1 way portal.
Oh and it says at the beginning of this video, but the true ending is not shown in the last vod cause the game devs asked not to spoil it and I streamed this right after the game came out. Played it offline, it's cool, but it aint here. Go play it yourself if you wanna see it.
