The Future Of Xbox Consoles Looks AWFUL…
9A lot of people have extremely fond memories with their favorite video game Console. For some people it was the Playstation, others had the Xbox or the Or the ooyah. Ok who are we kidding here. The Console wars have been a pretty big thing through most of my life and in recent memory it's been dominated by Xbox vs Sony, PlayStation vs Microsoft. Yes other amazing consoles like the switch exist but it always felt to me like it's doing kind of its own thing and not trying to compete directly with the PlayStation and Xbox even though the switch has been amazing, so just for the sake of comparison and argument I'll be focusing mostly on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. For a long time people on the internet have been going back and forth over which was better and both had some valid points. Personally, in my younger, more jobless days, my parents just got whichever was cheapest in each generation and I had fun on the console regardless, but there were legit reasons to choose one console over the other and the biggest thing that stands out is the exclusives of each company. All of that might be coming to an end soon as the rumors are Xbox might be going to leave the console market and will be focusing on software only, and all of their exclusives will be making their way to PlayStation and switch. Games like Starfield, Indiana Jones, and even Halo may be involved.
