Kazuma Kiryu's time out of the Dojima family has been really rough for him, and now he must deal with so many things from the homeless while trying to evade Mr. Shakedown from taking his dough. That Mr. Shakedown is so much like Nemesis from Resident Evil 3 or even the T-800 from the Terminator.
