I searched all over the net, but there’s barely any content on this character. Even though he’s playable in both Capcom vs. SNK 2 and Alpha 3 in the Capcom collection, I could hardly find any footage to study so I just did the best I could to build a new moveset from his limited sprite set. Honestly, it felt like expanding Kung Fu Man’s toolkit: Oxford Red is basically the Kung Fu Palm. I had to get creative to make him look way cooler than he ever did in the source material. The result? All-new moves, fresh supers, and two brand-new Level 3s.

For anyone who actually takes the time to read these descriptions, I appreciate you. I put a lot of time into this, often sitting in a kind of creative trance, trying to fully flesh out each character. My goal is to bring every fighter up to the same standard: equal attention, equal supers, and thoughtful references throughout. I’m really squeezing the lemon here. Someday, I hope it happens officially, but for now, I just want to show love to a character that many people cherish and hope to see return.
