THE GKP TOURNAMENT
3418 contestants enter, they all get to leave ofc but only one wins.
The tournament begins at 4PM PT on Tuesday the 17th of August. The tournament is mixed elimination, which means competitors have one chance until semi-finals, where losers are placed in a loser's bracket for a chance to come back in Grand Finals. In grands, the competitor coming from Losers' must win two sets (one to come back to winners, and one to win). Sets are first to 3 matches until Winners', Losers', and Grand Finals which are all first to 5 matches. Players may switch their characters only on either a loss, or the beginning of their next set (in the latter case, the switch can only be back to their original character).
