Using Xemu with a Debug Bios and 128 MB selected is the only way the get this running without crashing.
Unfortunately, there are perfomance issues in some areas of the map, even on a high end rig.
The game is highly unfinished, and the map has a lot of early interiors that you can access, such as an early hospital and warehouse/rackets.
