Secret of Mana
System: Super Nintendo
Developer: Square
Publisher: Square
Known as Seiken Densetsu 2 or Legend of the Sacred Sword 2 in Japan, this is an action role playing game with gameplay similar in style to Legend of Zelda Link to the Past. The story follows a young boy who pulls a sword from a stone and releases monsters into the world. He then has to take up a quest to power up the Mana sword to save the world. The game is fairly unique in that there are three characters that can each be controlled by a player using multitap. This three player RPG involves gameplay where players can switch between multiple weapons or casting various elemental magic.
