This is another try to "remaster" some old videos from the golden age of Star Trek. Some worked better then others, but I will keep trying with later versions of Topaz Video Enhance AI.

Steps/Settings:
- Increase from 15 to 30 FPS with DainApp
- 1st pass - Artemis LQ/MQ v9 (100%) in Topaz VEAI
- 2nd pass - Artemis LQ/MQ v9 (+200%)
- Export to PNG
- Convert the PNGs with FFMPEG to MP4 (20mbit)
- Remux the Audio from the original video
