3One problem that I have with water levels in video games is that they tend to be really slow and annoying to complete. Super Mario Odyssey didn't really have that problem with this level in my opinion. Swimming didn't feel tedious and I felt like I was able to get in and out in a short amount of time. This was a really easy kingdom though!
Mario games are notorious for being really easy games and I wanted to play this game but give it a bit of a challenge to make it harder for me. I have NEVER played Super Mario Odyssey before, so by making the game play in a language I have no idea how to speak or read I am making the entire game one big puzzle essentially.
