Building realtime apps has never been easier thanks to the reactive nature of Angular, WebSockets, and NestJS! Tons of apps can benefit from realtime communication with their backends, not just the dark, mysterious ones. In this workshop, we will go over the benefits of realtime communication, when to use it, as well as when realtime is not the best option. Then, we will build out a realtime Angular app start to finish using NestJS as our backend, which makes accessing the popular socket.io library a breeze. Come with your laptops ready, this will be a hands on workshop!

ng-conf is a multi-day Angular conference focused on delivering the highest quality training in the Angular JavaScript framework. 1500+ developers from across the globe converge on Salt Lake City, UT every year to attend talks and workshops by the Angular team and community experts.
