Subject: Here we start a recently released SMW hack demo called "The Hand Of Chaos" by Forsequad. This would've been blind but thanks to ZSNES screwing up the recording on me it isn't. This is an uncensored playthrough so any embarrassing mistakes made will not be edited out.

Info: And now, the shocking conclusion too "The Hand Of Chaos." (No not really.) Anyways in this part, we finish up the second half of this demo. Quite a few parts in these levels caught me by surprise my first time playing through them, not really in a bad way but I do think some could kind of result in cheap deaths when playing through for the first time. Well I did have to keep recording this part over because ZSNES once again kept screwing my recording up (And a few times I actually forgot to record.) If you thought this wasn't blind before, it defiantly isn't blind now...

Moving on from that, the batch of levels included in this video were pretty neat and fun actually though I think some parts may have been a bit difficult for World 1 but hey, who am I to complain about difficulty? I like a good challenge, but castle levels still do scare me however. The Iggy Koopa boss though simple was still pretty neat. (Wonder if coded that himself.)

Overall Thoughts: I must say that I really like this hack quite a lot as It's not really everyday that I look forward playing a hack more. (Or in this case, wanted to record both parts on the same day.) I'm not usually into the NSMB graphic style but they seem to go well with this hack in my opinion. The main thing to catch my attention though is the gameplay. (Which is usually what I pay attention too.) I liked that these levels didn't just focus on visuals. (Run forward, blah blah blah hit coin blocks blah blah blah.) There was actually a bit to the levels such as the little shell gimmick and the ling guided stage, so enjoyed that. My only complaints were there were quite a bit of cut off issues, and it was kind of the cut of issues that stood out. Other then that, there really were no major complaints that I can think off. Rating: 8.5
