The Haunted Tale of Gracie Watson | Bonaventure Cemetery
4,744I went to the haunted Bonaventure Cemetery located in Savannah, Georgia to communicate with the spirit of little Gracie Watson!
In April 1889, two days before Easter, Gracie died of pneumonia at the age of six. In 1890, rising sculptor John Walz moved to Savannah. He carved from a photograph this life-sized, detailed marble statue of Gracie herself.
Gracie is among the most haunted spirits residing at Bonaventure and in Savannah. Visitors will leave toys for her to play with, and some claim she will cry tears of blood if her toys are removed. Pretty freaky, right?!
