Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater wasn’t the first skateboarding video game to ever hit the market, but it was the BEST skateboarding video game to ever hit the market. Critics raved about it, the millions and millions of copies sold were proof that the demand for such a title was very, very high.f But even with a roster full of skaters and a bevy of levels to choose from, it wasn’t enough. I can speak from experience in saying that I often day dreamed about new levels and new tricks. Well, I wouldn’t have to day dream for very long. Just one year after the release of the original, a sequel would arrive. Today, we’ll dive headlong into Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2.
