The Hive: First Chapter Gameplay - Part #1
0First impression is not very good.
It's hard to have a full visual on the map because zoom-out is limited; also most of the map is blackened: I do understand fog of war, but this is different.. Sometimes I wasn't able to see my own units or which way to go; given that this is a strategy game, it should be very important to see the battlefield clearly.
I'll have to check key bindings again but I wasn't able to control my units in different groups and that's another problem; I tried left (CTRL) clicking on each unit type in the HUD, after selecting all of them, but it didn't do anything.
Graphically speaking I liked and didn't liked it: colors are vivid and attractive but seeing things is not simple, because of that.
Alright, this game is still Early Access and I have only played the first mission, so there's plenty of time before making a judgment.
