Superhot is an indie game developed by the Superhot Team and released on steam in February of 2016. The game originated in a 7 day FPS development challenge where it received widespread attention and overwhelming positive feedback. Superhot features a very unique gameplay mechanic, time moves when you do, or at least, time moves extremely slowly unless you are moving. This allows players to experience an action-packed shooter while in control of perpetual bullet-time. The full version of the game includes a diversity of weapons, from a few different firearms to melee weapons and throwable objects. It also includes the power to Hotswitch, allowing you to take the place of an enemy and eliminate them at the same time. Overall this game balances action with almost a puzzle like gameplay that is sure to reel you in until you agree that Superhot is the most innovative shooter in years.
