It's basically just like how you'd normally do Shadow Raid, but with more RNG as you'd best hope three or more items spawn next to that manhole cover.
My build revolves around speed, using Frenzy Aced to get my health down, a molotov to get my health down further, and the Yakuza perk deck for that extra speed.
Two piece suit is also used for extra speed.
I specced into concealment skills and lowered the weapons' concealment the best I could, but it still gave me a 75 detection rating.
I also went for the ECM skills, just in case.
This was I think my fourth go at getting the achievement, I did two and decided to start recording.
