I recently got a new gaming laptop with a Ryzen 9 5900HX and an RTX 3070 (top end specs from last gen). You would think think it would load the game faster than a 5 year old gaming PC with a quad core i7, an RTX 1050, and a fraction of the RAM/SSD read speed right?

Update: well, it turns out that running the game in Dxwnd just makes the loads actually fast. I guess Dxwnd just ignores whatever bottleneck my computer randomly had. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhK8H4WWDNU
