Alright. So today (April 3rd 2022), two new Incredibles prototypes were released. A Japanese prototype (which is very close to the final game, I currently cannot tell you any differences) and a US prototype. This is the US prototype.

Normally, you cannot play this prototype. The game will crash during the loading screen and if it doesn't, you'll be stuck on a blank title screen. While I'm not 100% sure on why this happens, I think it's because a lot of the main menu files are missing, so it cannot load the menu properly.

However, there is a way to bypass this. If you go into the in.ini file, change "ShowMenuOnBoot" from 1 to 0 and "Boot" from OM01 to NI01, you can load into the game. The first option change skips the menus while the second option tells the game to load into Robot Arena instead of Bank Heist. Trying to load into Bank Heist will crash the game, as it does not exist in this build.

Asides from that however, this build is not particularly exciting. The only playable level is Robot Arena (and unlike the TGS demo, there are no other levels in the files) and outside of a constantly visible memory display and a different pause menu, there isn't much to say about this prototype. I believe this is some sort of debug demo build which potential demo builds would have been based off of.

I was a bit disappointed by this prototype's contents overall but its still great to see another prototype for this game. Link if you wanna try it yourself:
