Stephanie is a Physician's Assistant and Functional Medicine Nutritionist. She specialises in helping high-performing moms overcome their burnout so they can have the energy to enjoy life and feel calm, confident, grounded. For years, she struggled with daily, debilitating fatigue and was drowning in stress. Nothing was helping, no one was listening, and she wasn’t getting better so she embarked on a relentless quest to find the solution. Around the same time, her husband was battling for his life, as an end-stage alcoholic he was desperate to get well and signed up to drink Ayahuasca. This also sparked her interest - if he was going to heal, so was she. Through intentional shifts in her diet, lifestyle, mindset, and with the help of numerous sacred plant medicines she was able to identify and heal the deep roots of her chronic anxiety.
Having experience as a provider, she witnessed first-hand the crisis in our healthcare system, and as of March of this year, she left her 11-year career to begin her own virtual functional nutrition practice. Now, she provides medicine in a way that is meaningful and aligns with her authenticity.

Ashley Michaud is an integration author, coach, and radio show host from Ontario with 20 years experience working with entheogens such as psilocybin mushrooms. Currently, she is a resident of the road on an exploration of all things psychedelic in Canada, with plans to explore psychedelics abroad. Ashley’s mission is to educate, inform, and destigmatize psychedelics because she believes psychoactive plants, frogs & fungi are powerful tools that allow humans to heal themselves naturally.
