This week on Pokécember, I answer a question from Commander Awesome asking about my favorite seasons of the Pokémon anime series! I grew up with the original first season as it aired in syndication and eventually wound up on Kids WB!'s Saturday morning block. In recounting my memories, I go into the hilarious trilogy of Johto seasons, my lack of interest during the Advance Generation, a reemergence into Diamond & Pearl, becoming captivated by Black & White and falling in love with the characters of The Series XY. Lots to talk about on this one as we cover as much ground as possible on the never-ending journey of Ash & Pikachu these past couple decades! What're some of your favorite seasons, specific episodes and recurring characters of the ongoing anime series?
