Blood Dragon is a standalone expansion for one of the best games of 2012, Far Cry 3. Although it preserves the core mechanics of the original games, Blood Dragon has it's own unique charm and a story line independent of Far Cry 3.
Set in a dystopian 2007, Ubisoft describes the game as "an 80s VHS vision of the future" where the player must "get the girl, kill the baddies, and save the world". Earth has been ravaged by nuclear warfare and new paths for peace must be found.
You take control a 'Mark IV Cyber Commando' named Sergeant Rex 'Power' Colt (voiced by Michael Biehn) who must fight the Omega Force cyber army in a world containing 'blood dragons' and mutants.
