Steps:
Download latest Intel SDE app from the official site
Extract the contents of the sde folder inside the two archives into the main game's folder
Create a shortcut inside of the game folder of sde.exe and tlou ii l.exe
VERY IMPORTANT - Right click sde.exe shortcut and and go to the bottom of the targets's text and write -icl --
After that right click and properties on the tlou ii l.exe shortcut and copy/paste the target text after the icl thingy on the sde.exe shortcut target
Double click the the sde.exe shortcut inside the main game folder
Wait couple of good minutes - A message appears - Press OK
The launcher interface boots up - Configure your options and press play
NOTE - If you have less than 16 gigs of physical ram you will need to increase the virtual memory of the drive where you installed your game to about 30000 mb - Restart your pc when prompted and relaunch sde.exe shortcut inside game folder and WAIT
