The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is due for release on PS5 in January 2024, but ahead of that we were given an early hands-on with the Remaster's brand new No Return mode at Sony's UK HQ. No Return is a roguelike survival mode developed for TLOU2 Remastered, where the aim is to survive for as long as you can while choosing a path and upgrading your character and loadout through a series of randomised encounters mashing up various enemies and locations from the main game's story. We tried out a couple of runs in the new mode with various characters, capturing a variety of maps, challenges, mods, gambits and other interesting little details.
