1Omg, that generator glitch at the end of this clip...i stopped this recording early to fiddle with it. Sorry about that. Even tho this is a "remake", the game came out in 2012, so there will be bugs here and there, as the core game can't be changed without a complete rewrite of the AI.
For anyone stuck on this part, what you do is just push the cart right up to the wall under the junction box. It will then go to a cutscene. A google search of this glitch shows a lot of people having problems with it too, as we all were trying to connect the wire ourselves - but instead its done during the cutscene.
