2Abby asks Mel what the siblings are arguing about, and Mel reveals that Owen has invited them to come to Santa Barbara with him, but Lev does not want to leave their mother behind. Mel also reveals she is going with Owen too. Surprised, Abby tells Mel that she thought that she would have dissuaded him from going there. Mel reveals she is willing to leave, but not if Abby comes along. Abby is confused but Mel reveals she does not believe that Abby has suddenly changed for the better after saving Yara and Lev, given the cruel, dark things that she has done over the last four years. She also believes that Abby is trying to seduce Owen again. Abby attempts to defend herself but Mel interrupts and calls her "a piece of shit" and advises Abby to leave Lev and Yara alone before storming out.
