The Last Strike | DCS: Mirage M-2000C with Flydigi Apex 2 gamepad
So this is the first formal "Full-lenght" gameplay video of "Apex of the Sky" series. Basically a complete sortie, all the way from cold start, to executing the mission, then to landing and shutting down. Zero caption, minimal edit, no bullcrap.
Because there's no caption or subtitle, I will write the description more detailed.
Up to this point there has been a lack of full-fidelity Fighter Jet on my channel. M-2000C is not exactly a fighter though, it's more of a interceptor but still close enough. This mission is the 12th mission in Mirage's official Caucasus campaign and we are tasked to protect a group of ground strike aircrafts, but of course it wasnt as smooth as one would hope for.
On the first group of bandits (2 Mig-31s) I was able to take both of them out myself (with some struggles with IDing the target, gotta work on that) but on the 2nd group (Su-27s) I made myself a bait so my wingman could bring them down.
I also did an oppsies with radio so we missed the last radio conversation, but it didn't change the outcome of our mission.
Mapping software: reWASD (ver 6.6.0)
Input type: Gamepad, Keyboard and mouse (mixed)
