Damn this game is good. This is easily one of the best mods to a game I have ever played. I never thought something like this could be this good. I played on hard and it was a breeze. This game feels so much better balanced than the original. The enemies are super fun to fight and pretty cheese-able by just strafing and a ton of fun secret hunting. One of the best things here is that secrets are visible. The walls you blow up, the trees you burn the blocks you push are all pretty obvious and indicated. It makes life so much better wandering around and finding stuff. I do wish the map in dungeons was a bit better, but I think that's a DOOM thing. If the map was zoomed out more it would be perfect. I did run into an issue of fighting bosses and the triforce room not unlocking, but exiting and re-entering the dungeon solved the problem. The controls are on point and moving around Hyrule is a breeze. It's Zelda and DOOM, what more should or even can I say. It's freaking amazing.
