I'm trying this game out on emulator. As you can see, the emulator seems to have a problem with certain areas when using higher internal resolution, yet, for the most part, the game runs well at a higher resolution. For some reason, the camera doesn't always seem to "zoom in" when you reenter town. If so, there seems to be lag. I think that's a bit of an odd glitch, yet if you change resolution to something lower than switch it back to something higher it seems that the slowdown goes away? Not sure what's happening there.

I like the game for the most part, but I was not expecting to be instantly annihilated when I entered the cave. I like how spare the game seems to be right now in terms of dialogue or plot. I think I'm going to go back and map out the forest and ruins rather than heading back to one shot kill cave.
