The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a must play game in my opinion. I’ve told several of my friends over the years to play this game and probably all of them can agree with me that this game is amazing. When you see the reviews on this game, I’m telling you they aren’t lying. I started playing this game in like late 2017. 5 years later I still play this game. I’ve probably beat it like 10-15 different times. In addition, to playing this game for 5 years straight, I still continue to find things I had no idea about and I’m not even done with everything the game as to offer. It’s one of those games that you can go at your own pace. You can take dozens of hours to just finally get to the final boss or maybe you want to go straight to the boss fight when your done with the tutorial area. Its your choice. This game gives you so much freedom. You want to climb that big tall mountain, you can go climb that big tall mountain (unless its raining). In the game, you can climb, glide, swim, run, ride horse, heck if you buy the expansion pass, you can literally ride on a motorcycle. Besides exploration, the visuals of this world are breathtaking (pun not intended). The game is just beautiful to look at with the amazing views of different landform and structures from mountains to lakes to a massive volcano for goodness sake. Just from the opening cutscene, you can just see how stunning this game is. The story in this game is a memorable experience with lovable characters. You get to learn about the history of what happened to the kingdom you explore. From some moments of laughter to moments of almost wanting to break down into tears. The story is honestly something to remember. The music in this game is honestly phenomenal. From relaxing and calming tones in the wild to the upbeat and sometimes frightening music when your being attacked by an enemy. This is off the topic of the game specifically but I want to add that the Zelda community is a very pleasant and welcoming. In comparison to other games, I haven’t noticed any toxicity in my experiences with the community. With several different YouTubers with amazing content to talented artists with stunning fan art. Breath of the Wild is a game that I keep coming back to. It’s a game that helps me deal with any stress, anger, or any other emotion. I believe that this game is literally for anyone. You don’t even need to play any other Zelda game to understand it story or gameplay. And if you like the game, then maybe you should check out its upcoming sequel. So, what are you waiting for?
