The handheld Zelda games were a series of games I missed as a child.
Just because they were on a smaller screen did not mean that these game
were 'minimized' in any sense of story or gameplay. While Zelda on the
consoles were making the leap into 3D, the handheld games stayed true
to the 8-bit and 16-bit style of classic Zelda titles like "Link to the
Past." But because of not being able to afford handhelds as a child, I
missed out on these small-screen gems. I don't know what this Let's
Play will turn into. If it means I'll be playing the other Zelda titles
on the Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance will be decided later. But for
now, please enjoy my first experience with Link's Awakening.
