I finish up the easy puzzle and fight the third Poe sister, Amy. This gives me access to return to the main room, and fight the last Poe sister, Meg. After defeating her, an elevator to the lower floor is revealed.

After moving the wall a bit, I find the last Gold Skulltula, and make my way to the boss room. It looks like Ganondorf is here, but it is actually the Evil Spirit from Beyond: Phantom Ganon. It the first part is pretty easy, but the second part is where things can get messy if you don't get the timing right. Since the Temple is free of any evil, Saria is awakened as the Forest Sage, and gives Link the Forest Medallion. The new Deku Tree is also able to grow, and tells Link about his past.
