The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D - Camera & Shield glitch
Hey guys Marksmithwas12 here! recently I bought a 3DS XL through a Trade-in offer, but it's kind of complicated. (Btw, In case you wanted a transcript for this video, scroll down to the bottom of this info box.)
Basically, the deal was, trade-in your 3DS for £100 reduced price from a 3DS XL + Packaged charger. But because I wanted to do a system transfer, I was forced to buy the 3DS XL new because the store I bought it from doesn't have WiFi for the transfer to take place. So after paying them £180, I went home, and did the transfer, and it took about 35 minutes. I was like 'Awesome! It's done!', so I waited for it to reboot, and it asked me to pop in the 3DS's 2GB SD card so it could transfer my DSiWare titles, which I was like 'ah cool, so hopefully all my apps are on the 4GB SD card now, right?', but nope. Everything I had ever downloaded was still on the 3DS SD card rather than being on the 3DS XL SD card. So what did the system transfer do? Well, it literally carries your profile over. Your playcoins, your daily log thing, Mii's, name, eShop data, you know, things that are stored in system memory that you cannot access. So I thought 'no big deal, I can just transfer the files from the SD card, to my computer, then onto the new SD card'. It took an hour longer than it was supposed to because I didn't realise you have to CUT & Paste the files to and from, not COPY & paste because the files seem to have something written into them that prevent them from being cloned. So eventually, I got all my files on the new SD card, packaged the old 3DS, and took it to the store the following day. They took it off me, and gave me the £100 (after showing them my receipt of course).
So a little while ago, I discovered this glitch. But because it's not really that hard to do, I doubt I was the first to discover them, so whatever. The reason it took so long to upload was because I couldn't repeat the glitch on camera until I realised a while later, the bottle HAS TO BE on the B button. Oops, haha.
Ok, transcript:
