After that confusing maze of intestines, appreciate the fact that Plasmarine is a big pushover. The jelly attempts to ram you and fires a slow, pulsating orb of color, either red or blue. Note the color it is initially, then use your Long Switch to switch places and change it to the opposite color. Your reward is the seventh Essence, the Rolling Sea (alongside a Heart Container). However, victory is short-lived as an old demented lady reveals Ambi's Tower has been completed. The possessed Ambi then uses her dark powers to disrupt the denizens of the past. The Maku Tree says the eight Essence must be acquired but can't sense where it is. Hmm...perhaps that attempt at warping in Yoll Graveyard might be a hint?
