Ocarina of Time was one of the first Zelda games I've ever played, and I find the Windmill Man to be an intriguing character. The Song of Storms itself is easily recognizable and loved by a lot of gamers.
Since the tune is really short and easy, I decided to arrange it in a jazzy way and throw in some improvised solos.
