19:35 features the one choice in this part you didn't see on the Grim Reaper route since we are actually being somewhat friendly with Luke here. Otherwise, there are a couple lines here and there that are different referencing that Isabella is still alive, but nothing particularly ground breaking.

Now the fork in the road with the choice here is that if I want to be friendly to Luke, I have to go with him. I will still have 2 opportunities to boost Ash's affection so I can get the final death scene if I do this. However, if I reject their invitation, I will get a 3rd opportunity, which might be what I need. I'm thinking for the next part, I will accept the invitation, but I may put up a side video featuring anything that is different if you meet with Ash while Isabella is alive. Something to keep in mind is that this meeting might reveal what Isabella is up to, since she is completely off the radar at this point and we may not get an opportunity to learn more until we reach Ash's chapter.
