I GOOFED! The scroll-y thing is called a "scroll", though some call it a florentine scroll. I only make that mistake about 6 times in the video. ;) But um, this is my review and first impressions as a 3-day owner. I hope you like it, and feel free to subscribe. :) BTW, I ended up returning the Martin strings, and getting D'Addario J74s. I believe The Loar comes stock with J74s, but as you can see, mine were quite dirty, since it was a display/floor model mandolin (turns out I like it better with old strings on it LOL). Also, I goofed...the swirly/uzumaki part is called a "scroll", not a florentine.
