I was playing "The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age" on the GameCube one day when I decided to abuse and exploit that allows to me obtain Special Points (SP) and craft as many items as I want - practically indefinitely! Watch this basic training video on how you can get unlimited items and SP.

In order to perform this exploit, you should complete the first chapter of this game (in Eregion) in which you can unlock the 'Artifact of Item Crafting'. Equip that item to the dwarf character named 'Hadhod.' Then, find any battle challenging enough for you to not kill enemies in one hit, but you must have also unlocked the following abilities for these characters:

Berethor: Needs 'Fellowship Grace', which allows the party to regenerate ability points (AP) every turn, which you'll need to craft items.
Elegost: Needs 'Sleep Arrows' so that you don't have to use up any items that cause enemies to sleep. But be careful not to kill off the enemy!
Idrial: Needs 'Haste of the Elves' and 'Drain Inspiration'. 'Haste of the Elves' increased the Speed value for the character upon which this spell is cast.
Hadhog: Needs 'Stone Barrier' in order to protect an ally from being damaged for two attacks from a enemies. When an ally is protected with a 'Stone Barrier', attacks cause 0 damage. Very handy!

Basically, this exploit goes like this:
1) Start the battle by having Berethor, Elegost and Hadhod in your team.
2) Berethor casts 'Fellowship Grace' so that the 3 characters that are in your fighting lineup can regenerate AP every round (3-4 turns). Do this every time Berethor has at least 120 AP to spend.
3) Elegost uses his 'Sleep Arrows' to put an enemy to sleep. This will give you more turns to buff your characters while crafting items.
5) Hadhod should cast 'Stone Barrier' to protect himself on his first turn.
6) Berethor may cast other buffs as needed. Otherwise, you may skip his turn. Do not swap him with another character.
7) Swap Elegost with Idrial if there are enough turns to do so or if only one enemy is alive. Have her cast 'Haste of the Elves'.
8) Keep having Berethor cast 'Fellowship Grace' once he recovers enough AP (120).
9) If Hadhod has finished casting 'Stone Barrier' (or even 'Mountain Barrier') on everybody, he can start crafting items. It's recommended you start crafting 'Kingsfoil', then 'Lembas' every turn he has.
10) Swap Elegost back in with Idrial to cast more sleeping arrows when an enemy wakes up. Otherwise, use an item.
11) If there is more than one enemy in formation, you may kill off enemies if their health is low enough. But try to keep one enemy alive. If that enemy's health is low enough, do not kill it off with a 'Sleeping Arrow'.
12) With one enemy alive, keep protecting your allies with 'Stone Barrier'.
13) Repeat steps 7 - 9 as needed.
14) ....Profit! I hope you see where this is going.

Doing this exploit will grant your party as many SP and will let you craft as many items as you let this battle last!

Also, I sincerely apologize for not capturing the actual game audio - I forgot to turn on a setting or two in my recording software - so you'll be hearing select audio tracks from 'The Lord of the Rings' movie soundtrack. Enjoy!
