Ok. I know about the green wolf in terms of lore. But they had no actual purpose in the game.

The Marauder:
-doesn't make you get good
-in or out; the game remains the same
-encourages no creativity at all; you either wait for the opening, throw explosives behind him or use the BFG to divert his shield to the tendrils. You are limited to three ways. If you think that particular aspect encourages creativity... then, there is definitely a problem.

And these are bugs(exploits people use) In no way do they reflect the developers' intention.
