The Mediocre Zone | Ghost in the Sheet (2007) When Art does not fit its game design
The very first work of Czech CBE ... who are they ... started theirs dev life with a shitty game ... then worked on Dark Fall II: Lights Out, Barrow Hill and Tale of a Hero ... then made the J.U.L.I.A. IP when the publisher shafted them and did not payed for sold copies (will try to show its 3 parts in some form ) ... so why do they matter they later in 2013 worked with Augustín Cordes ... you know the guy that made the 4th wall breaking game of the Century "Scratches" and later with him on "Serena" ... and made a team of peope that work in movie biz with Unreal and made "Silent Hill: Ascension" ... you can guess all this leads to the 15 year developed Horror Non-Linear game Asylum from Augustin ... that is now is still in pain of bugs , even after all those 15 years of dev time ...yeah ... that from my side some played the v1 and ended it ... some like myself , where like "15 year for a walking sim you can beat in 3h-ish hmmmmmmmmm and it still has bugs and one ending meh" ... we will get to it soon since the last two patches made the game stable
Then CBE pushed the 2020 "Someday You'll Return" with mixed feelings from all ... a sandbox 10h-ish non linear horror ... that had to be remade from Scratch (lulz) to be a Directors Cut version with all remade to work ...
For those asking how did you get unstuck... remember that GLOWING BRICK at the first station , the art of this game is SOOO good , and under it is a tiny Hot Spot that will give you a Journal with a key card ... yeah
