In this episode of The Mic Drop I interview the Board Game marketing sorceror supreme, Dina Ramse.

As you'll hear in this video she has been marketing and promoting games for a long time. Starting when she was just a teenager promoting TTRPGs up until now where she's helped over 140 board game Kickstarter projects.

She is, of course, an avid gamer herself. While she didn't play games as a kid, once she discovered them in her teens, she threw herself into the board game hobby.

If you've ever wondered how a board game gets to Kickstarter, and what considerations go into it, you can't do better than to hear that information from Dina. She's not just knowledgeable but also one of the kindest, funniest people I've met in the board gaming hobby.

After the interview we debate whether or not snacks belong at the board game table. As per usual some of our arguments go a bit over the top, but she was a fantastically fun person to debate with.
