As individual gamers, there are quite a few factors that discourages us to try some games out. Such as the genre of the game, the game possibly being on the weird side ie anything made by suda 51, but the most unfortunate limitation is probably that the game cost too much on ebay, amazon, and the likes. These are the old famous retro games that now pretty much cost an arm and a leg to buy. Your suikodens, megaman legends, earthbonds, and etc. so why am I discussing this, well mostly because the game that I’m talking about is one of those games but have recently been released on psn so people can now actually have a chance to play it rather than just lament the fact that they don’t have money to burn. and that game is The misadventure of Tron Bonne. what’s this, capcom releasing what is perhaps the most rare game out of the megaman legend series onto digital format? an actual decent move by capcom in regards to the megaman series? well hopefully this is a good sign. Anyway, being a big fan of the first megaman legend game, I was pretty hyped to hear that this game was being released on psn, albeit it was kind of leftfield since there wasn’t really much news in regards to this release. and to add to my hype, this game is focus on the bonne family, well more specifically tron bonne which is a good thing since the bonne family is probably the strongest cast of character in the first megaman legend game. but the question that needs to be asked now that the game is readily available to most gamers at a pretty reasonable price is, is the game fun? well that what I’m here to discuss with you all so without further adeu, let’s begin this review. The misadventure of Tron Bonne is a well, I guess the best term to describe the game is an action adventure game. The misadventure of Tron Bonne is avaible on ps1, as well as ps3, psp, and the vita via the playstation network. Though more like than not, you’ll probably be playing the psn version since the physical copy cost a lot.

Summary:

Overall, the misadventure of Tron Bonne is a really fun and charming game to play. The story and characters are charming as well as the artstyle, the gameplay is varied and fun to play through and the servbots are just an absolute blast to train and use in the game. now there are some missteps such as the archaic controls and the 3d graphics having not aged all that well, but if you can get past that, I will say that this game is worth buying on psn.
