There are many reasons that statement is wrong, but this video is dedicated to going over the problems experienced with the Skyrim Mod Community and it's authors.

From Apollodown's Civil War Overhaul and Awake Mannimarco, to jonx0r and Wyrmstooth, to steve40 and Skybirds SEE. We are going to discuss some problems in the modding community in general.
