HACKER VO:
It’s the year of the dog, literally! And I’m hear to celebrate the most famous dogs of all time, as voted by me, Hacker T Dog. That’s right I’m a dog so what I say goes cockers!

It’s everyone’s favourite Pug…Doug! Chances are you’ve seen Doug the Pug recreating one of your favourite television shows on social media. He loves acting and dressing up in different costumes. In fact he has more costumes than Lady Gaga!

My favourite picture is definitely this one of him, sporting a couple of ice creams on his head. Not only are they very fashionable but you also have a tasty snack if you get hungry. Clever little pug.

If you have little brothers or sisters about the house you might have come across the next dog in our list. Duggee or ‘Hey Duggee’ if you want to get technical, is currently the hottest pooch on CBeebies. And it isn’t just because he’s the leader of the Squirrel Club or that he has a badge for pretty much everything. There’s also this…

It’s no ‘Cotton Eye Joe’ but it’s taken the UK by storm! He also gives pretty decent Duggee hugs too.

UP next it’s JiffPom! Now I know what you’re thinking, it sounds like a cleaning detergent but he’s actually a Pomeranian and my soon to be new best friend! [Annoyed] Well we would be if he would just stop ignoring my friend requests!

Jiffpom has almost 8million followers on Instagram! And holds a gluiness world record for walking the fastest over 10 meters on hind legs!

All very impressive cockers but come back when you can dance the samba like me.

What’s better than a dog journeying through space and time? A robot dog journeying through space and time, that’s what!

K9 is the faithful friend of Doctor Who and is quite possibly the second most intelligent dog of all time. I’m a first cockers! I can talk and use the toilet and everything!

When K9 isn’t helping Doctor Who save the world he can be found doing clever things like playing chess. He even appeared on a quiz show called ‘The Weakest Link’! Now that definitely deserves a doggy treat.

Watch out Cockers, there’s a new dog on the block and his name is Vincenzo! No he isn’t Chelsea’s latest signing but a friendly French Bulldog who has over 80 thousand followers on Instagram!

Now Vincenzo makes the list because he reminds me very much of myself, he’s handsome, popular and French! I’m not French, I’m from Wigan but in the right light it’s often mistaken for Paris. Magnifique!

UP next is a dog you WONT know, because it’s my mate Keith from down the road. I know he’s not famous but he’s a stand up dog. Well apart from the uncontrollable flatulence!

Nothing wrong with that though cockers!

Our next dog is an Abyssinian Wire-Haired Tripe Hound and he is the pet sidekick to one of the most famous comic strip characters of all time.

Of course it’s Dennis the Menaces’ pet dog, Gansher! Oh the stories I could tell you about him. No literally he’s been in comics since 1968 and to top it off there’s now a CGI version of him CBBC! Talk about greedy! Think he’s had enough airtime, NEXT!

And another famous dog starting with the letter ‘G’, it’s everyone’s favourite beagle, Gromit! Not to be mistaken with the medical procedure involving the ear called ‘grommets’.

Gromit is best friend with Wallace and is actually the brains of this unlikely comedy duo! He’s Loveable and silent, having never actually spoken in any of the films.

Although I have it on good authority that at all the WRAP parties for the films, Gromit would insist on kicking off the karaoke with his rendition of “Who Let The Dogs Out’ by the Baha Men. Nicely done Gromit Lad.

Cute, lovable, professional, intelligent are all words that wouldn’t be used to describe me Cockers, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t deserve to be the top dog in this list!

Ok well that might but it’s my count down and what I say goes! Besides I’ve been on Mastermind, how many of those other mangy muts can say that?

See ya later Cockers!
