Alright the video title might be a bit presumptuous but my over ten year old memories speak highly of the game.

Well, shall we find out if its actually that good?

And yeah the fan patch (CnCnet) I am using makes the game crash every 20-30 minutes. Tried everything and its either like this or it doesn't record at all. You know I love a game when I am willing to go through a long RTS that just randomly crashes on me and often you just don't have the time to save. Or you just forget cause you are actually having fun. But hey, at least it SORTA works.

Man, having fun is awesome. I miss having fun. Remember when games were made to be fun first and anything else was secondary? Before the days of lootboxes, FOMO, gacha, hyper competitive focus etc.

If only it didn't crash so often, then it would have been basically perfect. But that's not the game's fault. Maybe EA will give us a RA2 remaster one day. Can only dream.

Anyway, we go through a good part of the Allied campaign and I even learn a thing or two about some missions I remember not entirely enjoying (spoiler: basically every Commando mission).
