All to often 3rd party handhelds that run orginal console carts are a big disappointment, but every once in a while they actually can be enjoyable to play. While not perfect by any means, the Neocade MD200 deserves some love for being a passable way to play your favorite Genesis/Megadrive games. Whodathunk?
