The NERF RIVAL Pilot XXIII-100 is a blaster I've been waiting for. A sweet looking, break action upgrade to the original NERF Rival Knockout design that opens a whole new world of potential mods at a great price is something everybody can like, but none of that matters if the blaster isn't good stock. Unfortunately, that's the huge problem with the Pilot; it's a powerful, sleek looking blaster at a competitive price unlike most of what NERF puts out which shows how bad of a value some things they sell actually hold.
